6. Returns will only be accepted if the merchandise is returned in the exact condition as it was shipped no exceptions with a partial refund always implied to be applied of 25% regardless of use. Sealed packages that have been opened or items that show signs of use will not be eligible for a refund at all. Refunds will only be issued when we SINGLETONGOODS determine that the item returned to us is in fact the item shipped on the original transaction and it is in the condition it was first shipped. All items are photographed by taking four pictures on shipping day before it is packaged and of the actual package it shipped in. If unit has a serial number, it is documented during packing and must match our records if returned. All electronic devices must show no signs of tampering to be eligible for any return. It is the buyer’s responsibility to securely ship the item back in a fashion it was received for return transit.
7. All returned items are subject to a processing fee when returned used or not of no less than 25% higher, if necessary, of no more than 50% of the original sale price to cover materials used, inspection and cleaning of item to relist. Shipping materials and our time is not free to manage a return.
8.Same day shipping applies after received payment Monday-Friday before 10am (PST). If the transaction is completed after 10am (PST) it will ship next day. Occasionally we ship on Saturdays we will do our best to do so but if purchased on Friday after 10am (PST) It is assumed to be shipped the following Monday with tracking uploaded at that time. Please be obliged that shipping cannot take place on Sundays or Holidays the carriers observe.
