This came from a doll collector that only collected mint or near mint dolls. I don't see a tag on the outfit, not sure if the originals were tagged, can't guarantee outfit or shoes are original. Has molded hair. Marked "EFFANBEE, PATSY, PAT. PEND DOLL" on her back. White shine on doll is from the lighting.
