The item you are purchasing is currently operating perfectly on my "test" EST system right up until it is packed to ship to you. This is standard on all of my EST parts.
So much of the performance of alarm parts is dependent on proper installation and programming. This I cannot control.  This testing protocol is why I do not offer returns.
I am an EST certified technician and programmer, and will assist you in any way that I can.
