produced by Effanbee around 1987. She comes in the later pink box. She wears a printed one piece outfit with red rose and ribbon attached to the chest. Special face paint to reflect the lion costume.
Measures between 11 inches and 12 inches tall.  Has a 5-piece jointed all-vinyl straight leg non-walker body.  The vinyl has such a lovely smooth finish on these dolls.  Sleep eyes with brush lashes.  Rooted hair.  Marked on back and neck "Effanbee".
The 11-12" size is perfect for showing off in a cabinet or on a shelf but don't forget these are a great size for play as well and they were produced in the USA.  Wholesome, classic dolls in timeless character costumes.
Condition issues
: box has some dents and dings. The tail must have been fluffy originally. It is bald now and fluff is floating around in the box. A few fly away pieces of hair from sliding around in box.
No Smells.  No fading.
