1932 to 1933 EFFANBEE 18 INCH DY-DEE BABY FAIR CONDITION WITH CLOTHING

Description

A disclaimer:  I have seen plenty of these dolls with this type of rubber body. To me, she is in good shape and still has display value.  To other people she is in poor condition.  Please look at the pictures and ask questions before bidding.
This is a sweet Dy-Dee-Baby who measures 18 inches tall.
She is marked EFF-AN-BEE DY-DEE-BABY US PATENTS and a whole string of numbers.
Like most Dy-dee, her body is starting to break down as you can see from the photos.
Her limbs all still move just fine though, and she can hold a pose.
Her applied rubber ears are in fine shape.
There are no missing fingers or toes.
Her face paint is in excellent condition and I can find no flaws with her face paint except for
a small paint rub inside her mouth from many happy hours of a little girl “feeding” her baby.
Her hair paint does show wear with a possible paint touch-up in the back.
Her eyes are bright and clear and the open and close freely.
Her sable lashes are in fine shape and are 100% there.
I am not sure if the gown is original to her, but it fits her nicely and is included along with some vintage socks and shoes.
I have lots of other vintage doll’s clothes that are the right size for her, and I will include some for her.
